If you remember, a while back when I was still pregnant, I posted my goals for the summer. Well since the birth of Mylie, my personal goals have changed immensely! They are goals for each and every day now.
1. Shower
2. Get ready for the day
3. Make my bed
4. Eat breakfast before noon
Okay kind of funny, but so true! I do have a couple other "real" goals as well...but let's face it, will I ever really complete a "real" goal for me again? Oh the joys of motherhood! (Actually I LOVE being a mother so much!)

Welcome to motherhood - the hardest and best job in the world!
I know it is hard to realize right now, but this precious time is going to whiz by much too fast. Don't worry. Everything else will wait. Oh, and I want to say that I am in on the lose the weight thing. My goal is ten pounds.
Love you SO MUCH!
Oh Angie. Mylie is so darling!! Really, she is just so cute. I love that picture of you and her. I agree with the above - motherhood is definitely the most challenging at at the same time the most rewarding job in the world. Don't you wonder how you ever lived without her?
Yep. Four kids later and those are still my goals. Some days are better than others!
Your so cute. Great goals. I thought they were hard to do when I had one kid, now I am definately lucky to get a shower before 10pm and I usually have to work out either before 6am or after 10pm.
oh how i could keep her as my own. she's is so tiny and sweet. these goals are so true, amazing huh? Yet so peaceful and nice at the same time. I love it. good guess they were at the park by chealsea. she did a great job. i sure miss you. kiss that baby for me. can't wait to see her in December.
haha I am ot laughing at you- but with you. you will get better at multi-tasking and Mylie will get easier- and harder- in many aspects. There's a learning curve but we all make do somehow. Good luck!!!
Sound like great goals to me. I know you have a full plate, but I am certain you are the greatest mommy!
I found your blog reading a friends friends friends blog, if you know what I mean. (smile) anyway, I love the name mylie. So cute, and she is so cute! You can check out my blog if you would like. It is durham17.blogspot.com have a good day!
This is Mariah not Sharron: Isn't motherhood fantastic? 4 years into motherhood and one of my daily goals is still to try and get a shower. I say forget the making the bed. Just focus on the food and the shower. Once you finally figure out how to sneak a shower in real quick she'll start moving. Then it's ALL OVER, becuse you never know what you'll get out and find. Oh the joys!! I've heard when they go to college you can start setting your own goals again. We'll see. I LOVE the pictures!!
Mariah is lying, and while using my blog even . . . how rude. When your kids hit college, they call & call, you know what I mean, don't you? What do you think, shall I help Mariah set up a blog?
Hey there mama! Life gets pretty hectic when you add the little ones. I stink most days because I can't get a shower. :)
We moved to Maine for my husbands school. Crazy!
I am right there with you. Last night I set a goal to shower AND get ready today. Well, I showered but never had a moment to really get ready. SAD! I love your posts and seeing sweet Mylie, keep them coming!
Oh my goodness Angie! You guys made one adorable girl... and you look amazing. I'm so glad everything is looking up now. That is always scary when you are thrown with something unexpected. Luckily for modern medicine and the gospel, things turned out great!
Ha ha! That is funny. I love the goals. How are you? I haven't heard from you in forever.Tell Richie hi! Your pics are so cute. Louise Harris was asking about you (from Forbes - sub) She said to tell you Hi! Hope you are doing fantastic!
